Place Items in your Shopping Cart

Click the ''Go Back'' link or ''Continue shop'' button to add more items to your cart.
You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart by clicking the View Cart Link
on the top Navigation bar on each page. You can checkout at any time by clicking
the checkout link on the top navigation bar on each page.

Enter your Address
Tell us where you would like us to your order, by filling in all of the required blanks on form.
We reserve the right to use UPS or USPS so please include PO BOX as well as street address if you have one.

Submit Your Order
Check the all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.
When you are ready, click the Checkout button.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail message.
We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Track your order
Tracking numbers are not available. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
However please allow up to 14 days for your shipment to arrive, especially orders placed outside US.

Canceling or Changing your order
Once your order has been placed you can only change or cancel your order by emailing us at:

Returns 
All returns must be preapproved within 15 days of date of receipt of items.
Email us at: orders@whatevershot.com to tell us about damaged or defective items. 
You will be given a credit for future purchases at Whatevershot.com.
NO CASH REFUNDS
Shipping charges will only be refunded for damaged or defective items.
All others will pay an additional charge for new items.
